Polytechnic Admission Test 2023 – Online Application Submit

Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam has released the official notification of Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) 2023. Intending and eligible candidates may apply online here for admission into Diploma Courses in the following State Government Polytechnics of Assam and Polytechnics outside Assam (against seat allotted by the Govt. of India).

Name of course/s: 3 Year Diploma Course Name of test: Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) 2023

Academic session: 2023–2024

Test to be conducted by: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam Test centres:  State Govt. Engineering Colleges, State Polytechnics and at Tezpur, Mangaldai. Date of test: 11th or 18th or 25th June 2023 (Sunday) Time of test: 10 AM to 12 Noon (2 Hours)

Type of questions: Multiple choice questions (MCQs)

Resident-ship: Candidate/s must be a permanent citizen of Assam. Educational Qualification: Candidate must pass the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination in single sitting with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects. Candidates also must have passed individually in both Theory and Practical examinations in Mathematics and Science.

Required minimum average percentage in Mathematics and Science is as mentioned below.

Age Limit: The category-wise maximum age limit as on 31st December 2023 is as given below.

For Institutions outside Assam	20 Years 6 Months

Application Fee of PAT

Application Fee: The application fee of PAT 2022 is Rs 500/- plus bank charges as applicable. Payment Mode: Online: Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking . Offline: Through Cash Deposit form from State Bank Collect in final step of Online Application.
